Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at contact@vacback.com.
